Tenure-track position beginning Fall 2009 for Ph.D. in Psychology with specialty in social, industrial-organizational management, or a related area of psychology. Special consideration will be given to candidates with any of the following areas of expertise: program evaluation, clinical systems, organizational behavior management and/or systems theory applied to mental health care settings or related area. The Psychology Department has Masters Programs in Clinical, Clinical-Behavioral, and Experimental Psychology, an APA-accredited Ph.D. program in Clinical Psychology, and approximately 700 undergraduate majors. The successful applicant is expected to play a major role in the clinical M.S. and Ph.D. programs and to contribute to the undergraduate program. The candidate is expected to teach Experimental Psychology, Program Evaluation, and possibly Social and/or Industrial-Organizational Psychology, and establish a successful research program and mentor graduate and undergraduate students in research. Official screening is expected to begin on or about December 1 and continue until finalists are selected.
