Grab your ten-gallon hat and saddle up for EMU Homecoming 2008! We're rustlin' up a weeklong celebration of down-home fun beginning Sunday, Sept. 21, and culminating with the big football game Saturday, Sept. 27, when the Eagles kick off against the Northern Illinois Huskies, noon at Rynearson Stadium.
Pre-game tailgates include the Eagles' Landing Tailgate from 9 a.m. to noon at Oestrike Stadium and the Toe Tapping Alumni Tailgate presented by W4 Country from 10 a.m. to noon on the west side of Rynearson Stadium. Don't forget to participate in the Homecoming contests!
All Homecoming week long, EMU will raise donations to benefit the SOS Community Center, an Ypsilanti-based organization helping local families in need. Non-perishable food items will be collected at various Homecoming events throughout campus. Help us as we give back to the community. Offices and organizations interested in hosting a drive should contact Holly at the VISION office at 734.487.1313.
