The DEADLINE for Winter Housing Applications is 5:00 pm on DECEMBER 15, 2008. The University offices will be closed from DECEMBER 19, 2008 to JANUARY 5, 2009.

November 25, 2008 to November 30, 2008

If you need to stay on campus for the the November semester break due to academic reasons, employment or distance from home, a request must be completed to indicate that you require your residence hall door access to be retained over the November break.

Realize that the University will be closed Wednesday, November 26 through the November break. There will be no meal service and limited desk hours in the residence halls. The University officially re-opens on Monday, December 1, but the residence halls will re-open on Sunday, November 30 at which time door access will be restored to the residence hall you have a housing contract for.

Only those residents who specifically submit a request to retain door access over the November break will retain their building access privileges for the November break. To submit a request to retain door access over the November break, CLICK HERE.
