Fitness Assesment: |
Meet privately with a certified fitness professional to determine your current fitness level including: cardiovascular endurance, heart rate recovery, muscular strength / endurance, joint mobility & stability, flexibility and any other areas that you may be interested in. Your trainer will also find your target heart rate zone that will help you exercise at the right intensity and you will discuss methods for improving your fitness. |

| Facility Equipment Orientation: |
Learn how to use the Fit-Room like a seasoned professional. With this option one of our certified fitness professionals will train you on how to use any or all of the Rec/IM state-of-the-art weight machines and cardiovascular machines. With proper instruction you will minimize your risk of personal injury and maximize your exercise program.

| Intro to Fitness: |
This package is ideal for those people who only need a jump-start to get started on an exercise routine. This package includes an initial fitness assessment and consultation to develop a custom fitness program . Next you and your trainer will have 3 one-hour personal training sessions to implement your individualized fitness program. |

After the initial fitness assessment you and your trainer will schedule a routine of training sessions that suits your schedule. Meeting with your trainer multiple times per week will give you instruction, motivation and accountability. When you work with your trainer they are able to adjust and modify your exercise program as your fitness level increases. This is the best way to see fast results and at the same time develop long-term habits and lifestyle changes. |
